The Team
Fifteen years of friendship, a few companies built together, and one conversation in 2023 that turned into Truss One. We decided it was time to build something for ourselves — rooted in the communities where we live.
“Truss One” is rooted in strength through structure. In engineering, a “Truss” creates durability by connecting individual parts into a stable, load-bearing whole — the same way we build businesses: reinforcing systems, supporting operations, and helping good companies grow stronger together. “One” reflects unity, shared purpose, and a long-term commitment across everything we do.
